So, what is Done Fun?
In our house, Done Fun is a box full of awesome things you can do when your school work is done for the day. With a bunch of kiddos who all work at different paces, it’s hard to keep the ones that are finished entertained while I help the others with work. Done Fun helps with that. It also gives the kids motivation to finish their work. They know there is something that they enjoy doing at the end of the tunnel of their daily “to-do” lists.
Done Fun will look different for each family and probably for each child. The idea is to have a few activities that are just for fun that your child can do (at least mostly) on their own. Our family also includes a few things to do with Mom when everyone is done, too. Below you will find some Done Fun ideas.
